It was a difficult time to sell a house as prices in our neighborhood were falling. Sandy and Rich were excellent as our agents the entire time. Open House after Open House, they showed the house an amazing number of times, followed up on every lead and in general were very engaged. It took over a year to sell the property, but Sandy and Rich never faltered in their sales attempts. Sandy in particular has represented us in 6 real estate transactions over the past 14 years and remains our realtor of choice. We are very comfortable with Sandy and Rich representing us.

We just recently closed on [our new house] in North Fort Myers, and we could not have been happier with Sandy and Rich. They were extremely responsive to our texts, emails, and calls while we were back in Illinois. They did a great job picking out and showing us houses, and then when we pivoted to a different house, they moved very quickly so we could secure it and close in a very timely manner. Also, a big thanks to our friends from Illinois, who hooked us up with Sandy and Rich in the first place.

Jeannette and I were very pleased and impressed the way Sandy showed us the different places/ homes and lots we are interesssed in. Sandy kows the nigbourhood like her pocket. She is also very professional to work and comunicate with and gave us lots of information and brochures. We never felt pushed to buy quickliy. We listed with Sandy after our neighbors had a successful sale with her. Sandy Limberger did a great job for us. She helped us determine a realistic asking price and then marketed the property beautifully. She was a calm and rational voice, as she guided us through the process. We sold in 4 weeks as she predicted!!!! I can't thank her enough!
